Affiliate Program Terms

1. Agreement

These Affiliate Program Terms ("Affiliate Terms") govern participation in the GunSearchAgent affiliate program operated by Coriolis Agency / Coriolis, LLC ("we," "us," or "GunSearchAgent"). By registering as an affiliate, creating or using an affiliate link, or accepting rewards under the program, you agree to these Affiliate Terms, our Terms of Use, and our Privacy Policy. If you participate on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

2. Eligibility

• You must provide a valid email address and accurate registration information.
• You must be able to enter a binding contract under applicable law and must not be prohibited from receiving payments from us.
• We may approve, reject, suspend, or terminate participation at any time for fraud, abuse, self-referral, policy violations, or legal risk.
• Dealer accounts may be auto-enrolled with an affiliate code under the same economics described here.

3. Your affiliate link

After signup we issue a unique affiliate code and share link (for example with a ?ref= parameter). You may share the link with prospective dealers and partners. You must not misrepresent GunSearchAgent, promise features or pricing we do not offer, or use spam, deceptive ads, malware, or unauthorized use of trademarks. You must not bid on our brand terms in paid search in a way that confuses searchers about who operates the product, unless we agree in writing.

4. Attribution

Attribution uses last-touch referral via the ?ref= code stored for up to thirty (30) days (cookie and/or local storage). Referral locks when a new GunSearchAgent account is created under that attribution. Existing accounts are not re-attributed. Self-referral (referring your own store, controlled entities, or accounts created primarily to generate rewards) is not permitted and may void rewards.

5. Rewards — points

Points may be awarded when a referred dealer completes a free DIY signup under valid attribution. Gifted Pro, FFL Accelerator, or other non-paid upgrades may qualify for points only, not residual commission. Points have no cash value unless we expressly convert them under a published program; we may change point rules prospectively.

6. Rewards — residual commission

Subject to these Affiliate Terms, you may earn a residual commission equal to 20% of paid GunSearchAgent Pro and paid Betsy Showroom invoice amounts excluding tax, for as long as the referred account remains attributed to you and continues to pay for those products. If you are enterprise-approved, the same residual rate may also apply to paid GunSearchEngine Enterprise (Brand Intelligence) subscriptions when the buyer attributes your affiliate code at checkout. Commission is calculated from successful payment events we receive (for example Stripe invoice.paid). Refunds, chargebacks, credits, failed payments, and reversed invoices reduce or reverse related commission. Free plans, trial periods, and non-cash grants do not generate residual. Public partner signup alone does not grant enterprise residual; that capability is enabled by Coriolis operations.

7. Payouts

• Residuals accrue in your affiliate ledger. Cash payouts are processed on a monthly operations cycle (typically Net-30 after month-end) once your payable balance reaches at least $50.
• You must provide accurate payout and tax information when we request it. We may withhold payment until identity, tax, or fraud checks complete.
• We do not currently require Stripe Connect for all partners; payout method is determined by our operations process and may change with notice on this page or in the dashboard.
• Balances below the threshold roll forward. Unclaimed or abandoned balances may be forfeited as allowed by law after reasonable notice.

8. Independent contractor

You participate as an independent contractor, not as our employee, partner, joint venturer, or agent with authority to bind us. You are responsible for your own taxes, licenses, and marketing costs. You may not issue press releases about the program without our prior written consent.

9. Prohibited conduct

• Self-referral or circular referral schemes
• Fake, bot, or incentivized signups that do not reflect genuine dealer interest
• Cookie stuffing, forced redirects, or cloaking of the destination page
• Unlawful marketing under firearms advertising, consumer, or anti-spam laws
• Claiming to be GunSearchAgent, Coriolis, or Betsy support without authorization

10. Termination

Either party may end participation at any time. Upon termination for cause (fraud, abuse, or material breach), unpaid rewards may be voided. Upon termination without cause, valid accrued residual for already-attributed paying accounts may continue only as we determine in good faith under then-current program rules, or we may convert remaining balances under a wind-down notice. We may modify or discontinue the program prospectively; material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date on this page.

11. Relationship to other terms

These Affiliate Terms supplement the general Terms of Use. If there is a conflict about affiliate rewards, attribution, or payouts, these Affiliate Terms control for that subject. Disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing provisions in the Terms of Use apply to the program to the maximum extent permitted by law.
